hi friends luna here. guess what. the humans came back. they came back for me. i only spent one night at the kennel. i am so happy.

i heard their voices. i couldn’t believe it. my ears perked up. my tail started wagging. it couldn’t stop. i thought is it really them. it was. it really was.

they walked in. i saw them. i barked. i barked a happy bark. i ran to them. as fast as i could. i gave them all my licks. all my love. they said we missed you luna. i wagged even more. i thought i missed you more.

they put on my leash. they said let’s go home luna. home sounded so good. i walked out with them. i looked back. i thought goodbye kennel. i hope i don’t see you soon.

the car ride was short. i looked out the window. i saw our street. our house. it looked beautiful. i thought there’s no place like home.

we got inside. i sniffed everything. just to make sure. it was all there. my bed. my toys. the tiny human’s toys. i felt at peace.

the humans gave me extra cuddles. extra treats. i thought this is the life. i am where i belong. with my humans. in my home.

i am so happy they’re back. i hope we don’t go to the kennel again soon. but for now. i am just happy to be home.
