hi friends luna here. today was sunny. so sunny. after so many grey days. it felt like a treat.

we went for a walk. a long walk. all the way to the river. everything looked brighter. smelled fresher. i wagged my tail the whole way.

i saw a bird. by the river. it was hopping around. i watched it. it looked at me. i looked at it. then it started to run. i thought it’s play time.

i chased the bird. it flapped its wings. it was fast. but i was fast too. i ran with all my might. my paws kicked up the dirt. the wind was in my fur. it felt like flying.

the bird flew away. up and up. i stopped. i watched it go. i thought what a good game. thank you bird. i hope we play again.

the humans called me. i ran back. they laughed. they said did you have fun luna. i wagged my tail. i thought yes. yes i did.

we walked back home. slowly. i was a bit tired. but a good tired. the sun was warm. the sky was blue. it was a perfect day.

i am happy for the sun. for the bird. for the river. i hope we do it again soon.
